Am I not pretty enough... is my heart too broken?

LOW SELF ESTEEM

You think they judge you from head to toe when you walk past them.

You think you're not pretty enough...because you failed to keep him.
You think you're the worst friend in the world, because you let her drift away from you.

The list goes on... forever and ever...

But it's all just happening in your head

You know why..?

Because
They weren't judging you when you walked past them... not even the tiniest bit .
He didn't reject you because he thought you weren't good looking enough.
and your friend...she was never drifting away from you.

But why do you keep feeding your brain these lies, when you know clearly as a matter of fact... that these lies are solely the fruits harvested due to your negative mindset?

I always have the tendencies to over think..especially since we live in such a superficial world.

Insecurities and self consciousness.
I'm sure everyone knows how that feels, if only there was a way to stop all the negativity happening in our society.
But it's impossible to stop the people around you from being judgmental....it's almost as hard to stop yourself from being judgmental too.

Which is why...
Inner beauty is so important.
It's existence is what differentiates ourselves from the superficiality found everywhere in this world.

Hold your head up and smile
...because that's all that matters
